    Perhaps my sorrow created a 3 star review I love books with happy endings I love books where romance blossoms, even in adversity, and wins the day I love feel good books Though this book was well written, and kept me reading despite my misgivings, I felt like I d fallen through the ice and couldn t get back to safetyand when it was over, I was depressed and sad for days Maybe this was a true to the times novel, but I hated it Guess that shows what a good writer can do, right I felt...
